Harrison J. Karlewicz

About Me:

I am an economist whose research is situated broadly within the law and political economy of corporations. I am currently completing my PhD in Economics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst (exp. Fall 2026).

My current research interests lie within financial economics (corporate finance/corporate governance), industrial organization (antitrust and corporate regulation), and strategic trade and industrial policy.

I am also a Fellow with McClave + Associates, working as an economic consultant and conducting damages estimation for antitrust cases. Otherwise, I have prior experience working as a research assistant in both academic and public policy contexts, as well as experience working as a credit analyst at credit unions..
